Is Genghis legit?

Yes, Genghis is run by Genghis Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16315448, with its office in London. It is accelerated by Algorand and Techstars and reviewed by customers on Trustpilot. Its public commitments on your data and funds are written in the Yassa.

Do I need KYC to buy?

No, Genghis asks only for an email address at checkout, with no identity documents. Per-order limits apply, listed on the AML and purchase limits page, and some prepaid card issuers may ask for ID when you activate the card.

Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?

Genghis accepts 300+ cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, XMR and LTC. The full list, with the networks for each coin, is on the supported cryptocurrencies page.

How fast is delivery?

Your code appears on screen once your payment confirms on the network, so the wait depends on the coin you pay with. Networks such as Solana and Tron confirm sooner than Bitcoin. If a code has not arrived, write to samantha@genghis.pro with your order number.

What exchange rate applies at checkout?

You see the exact amount to send in your coin before you pay, and it already includes our exchange-rate margin. The quote holds for about 20 minutes; the rate is not locked, so send inside that window or refresh the quote.

Are there network fees?

Genghis adds a network cost on two options only, USDT on Tron and Monero, and shows it before you pay. Every other coin and network shows none.

What happens if my payment stays pending?

Your order completes as soon as the network confirms the full amount. If it stays pending, or you sent less than the amount shown, write to samantha@genghis.pro with your order number and a person on our team checks it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, Genghis refunds within 30 days if a code fails at first redemption, arrives incomplete or never arrives, or our page showed the wrong region. You get the full value back in USDT or USDC, or as Genghis Points, 1 to 3 business days after approval. Redeemed codes and user errors are not covered.

Do I earn rewards on purchases?
